Once I have your deposit and contract, I'll send you my location and session guides. We can choose the perfect spot for your family portrait session, and everyone can feel prepared, look great, and have fun!

The Session
The day of your photo session is all about your family and the love that you share. I will handle everything so you don’t need to stress. We’ll play, laugh, and before you know it you’ll be done!

Sneak Peek
I will send you a 'soft proof' of your gallery where you can choose your favorite photos for me to edit. I will post a sneak peek from your session within one week on social media so you can get excited for your gallery.

Gallery Delivery
Your full gallery of family photos will be delivered within two weeks after I receive your favorites. From there you can purchase professional quality prints and share your photos!

Utah Family Photographers
I prefer to start photo sessions about 1.5 hours before sunset. This will ensure that we have the best light available to make your photos bright and dreamy. However, if we're starting in a location in the mountains we will likely have to start earlier.
I leave enough room in my schedule for rescheduling in case of bad weather. If there's rain or snow we will move the session to a different date. If there's only clouds we can still get some beautiful photos. They may look a little different than my typical style so if you'd prefer having more sun and would rather reschedule please let me know.
Yes! I am happy to do extended family sessions. These are typically 1.5 hours and include photos of everyone, each individual family unit, and other combinations that you'd like. Because of the nature of these sessions, they mostly contain 'smile at the camera' pictures unlike what I typically capture in a regular family session.
Your furry family member is welcome to come take photos with us. Please let me know if you plan on bringing a dog before choosing your location because some of them do not allow pets. I would also ask that you bring someone along to watch your dog while they're not in the pictures.
Your preview gallery will be done within a few days. This is the unedited gallery where you can choose your favorites for me to edit. Once you're done picking your favorites, I will finish editing your photos and send your finalized gallery within 2 weeks.
