I’m a nature enthusiast who adores greens and wildflowers, a devoted wife, a nurturing mother, and a dedicated lifestyle photographer. I have loved taking photos since I was little and could handle a disposable camera. I have since perfected the art of seizing bright, candid moments that encapsulate your family’s authentic connections. I believe you deserve visuals that celebrate the splendor of your daily life while you navigate the delightful chaos of parenthood.
If you’re looking for newborn photography in Utah County, you’ve come to the right page! I love photographing lifestyle newborn sessions. There is something so sacred and sweet about bringing a new little baby into your home to join your family. Lifestyle sessions are meant to document these sweet moments and feelings of having a new little baby. Posed newborns, on the other hand, are usually meant to document the baby by themselves in various positions and backgrounds. I think having sessions with the whole family at home are much more genuine.
This cute family welcomed their first baby in March. She was about 4 weeks old when we did this session so she was much more alert than a fresh, new baby. I suggest getting your newborn photography done between 1-4 weeks of the baby being born. If you want photos of them being more alert with their eyes open, lean towards the later end. If you’d like them more sleepy and malleable for posing, the earlier end is better. She did cry for a bit but with her binky near-by to put in and out we were able to get all the shots we needed 🙂
